The breakfast was delicious for prices and with good food, and the staff was attentive. Location: the hotel was close enough to the Astoria for the last three nights on a B&B and the Astoria Galilee. Furthermore, to the promenade where all the action of the city is.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Astoria Galilee Hotel during our recent stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our early check-in request was accommodated. The room, although basic, was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location on a hill provided stunning views of the surrounding area. Despite the limited breakfast options, there was a 24-hour bakery nearby offering a wide variety of snacks. I would highly recommend this hotel as a great base for exploring the beautiful region of Israel.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a beautiful porch.

Astoria is a best hotel "value for money". It is cheap and clean. Located near the Galil sea (it can be seen from the window). However it takes approximately 15-25 minutes to go down to the lake. It is better to book this hotel if you have a rented car (we made 1200 km near the area looking for the lake, Hamat-Gader, Tsfat, Sahne, Nahariya, Dead sea etc.) Personnel was very kind to us and always could explain everything. Breakfasts and dinners were good.

Room equipment was quite poor - there was no mini-bar (which is necessary in hot days) and safe in the room. There was no balcony.

We verbleven op een geweldige locatie, midden in de feeststraat. Het was erg handig om overal naartoe te gaan en dicht bij het strand te zijn. De kamer was schoon en had een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon. De eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze hielpen ons met het regelen van een taxi voor vroeg in de ochtend en waren beschikbaar voor al onze vragen.

Het enige minpuntje was dat de kamer kleiner leek dan op de foto's. Het was eigenlijk maar één kamer met drie bedden en een badkamer.

All the staff were very helpful and interested in our stay. That is especially true for Maya - she is a gem!

The staff were willing to help and go that extra little to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Magnificent and peaceful spot right by the shopping centers, the centre of town and the shore and main town. Well-appointed and well furnished room, luxury bathroom with a bathtub...

Beds were small.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely divine. The ambiance was beautiful, with tasteful European decor that added to the cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a stunning view of the nearby sea. The staff were kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options, from cheese and salads to salted fish and mouth-watering cakes. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the personalized service, such as omelettes made to order. It truly felt like a touch of class, making it the best hotel we've stayed at in Israel.

Restaraunt hours very limited. Most of the building not air conditioned. Restaraunts in the area limited and difficult to get to by car or by foot.

Cheap and cheerful for a short overnight stop. Food better than expected.

Hotel is "tired" and needs a good refurbishment and paint -in side and out. Local signage poor to find the place - especially after dark!

The location was peaceful because it was short walk to the main tourist area by the Kinneret and the Sea of Gallilee. Professional and responsive staff, they helped us a lot.

The breakfast spread was varied and delicious. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient.

The breakfast was good and the selection of food was great. They packed us a take-away breakfast one morning when we left early before breakfast was served and our picnic packet was delightful! A good effort.
